Can the pilot block a real customer?

No. Nothing is blocked during the pilot: Klarium only records what each rule would do. Since no detection is perfect, you check the impact first and only then decide what goes live.

Do I need a technical team to start?

Not to start. Installation is one line of script, or a ready-made plugin or template, depending on your platform. The checkout decision needs a simple server integration.

Does Klarium create the Pix charge?

No. The charge stays with your gateway. Klarium decides beforehand and follows the payment result.

What happens to my customers' data?

CPF and Pix keys are only stored in protected form (HMAC), never in plain text. From the checkout form we keep only behavior signals, never what was typed.

Can I create an account on my own?

Klarium is contracted through our team. You schedule a pilot, we review the results with you and enable production once the contract is signed.
